Players become sensitive with the fact that the tee shots tend to fly diagonally against the wind. Especially, if it is a headwind flowing from the left, the ball could either end up in the trees on the right, or be caught in trouble on the left by trying to avoid them. The pine trees become an obstacle while taking second shots from the left, so the ideal place to aim from tee will be the fairway of only 10 yards in width located from 270 to 320 yards. The green slopes upwards, so second shots need not be a bite. The hole is regularly played as a par 5.
