Hole 12 has been lengthened this year from 439 to 465 yards. With this, trees on the right will become more of a disturbance, so the aim would be to place the tee shot on the left hand side of the fairway, and it now requires even higher quality for this fairly straight hole. It is difficult to measure the second shot, as the green looks closer than it actually is with the presence of the slope way short of the green. The green is narrow and lengthy, sloping slightly to the left from the middle.
