A par 4 with a chance to reach the green from tee, by hitting over the trees to the left of which requires an approximate 280 yard carry. Otherwise, players aim for the fairway with clubs under 3-wood, but as the green surface is not visible from the second shot area, it is tough to make length measurements. So, it is preferred to hit tee shots nearer to green, whether or not it lands into the bunker. Only a fifth of the players used to aim for green from tee during the Persimmon era, but with vast improvements of equipments, 70% of the players now take the short route. Aggressive play is the key.
