The fairway slopes to the left feeding balls to the rough, so the ideal tee shot would be a fade ball attacking the slope itself, as opposed to a draw ball. The second shot would also be better with a fade ball, but the slope is distracting to make a cutting shot leading the head to sink deep, which makes it difficult to estimate the shot distance. The green also has a similar slope adding pressure to the approach. The bunker on the left is very deep, but also if it rolls away to the far left, there is considerable height to overcome. If the tee shot goes to the rough, one should devote to cautious play.
